如果你的会员名称和密码都对，就是不能登陆，可能要清空你的浏览器Cookie重试，以下是介绍IE，Firefox用户可以进行类似的操作。
You may have to clear your browser cookie and try again. Please follow this:
1. Go to TOOLS of IE browser
2. Select the INTERNET OPTION
3. In the GENERAL TAB, find the browsing history, then DELETE them, wait a moment
4. Open a new IE window to try to login your account
