Madoff 是前股票市場 NASDAQ 的主席, 他用一個金字塔式的騙局 (用後來投資者的錢去付早投資者),欺詐了 50 billian 美元 (500 億美元).
這個卡通是司法人員在審訊 Madoff.
司法審訊人員問: "好吧, Madoff, 你說啊, 你用後來投資人的錢去付早投資人, 這個騙局的主義是從那裡來的?"
Madoff :"嗯,騙人的主義是從社會安全制度來的."
Interrogator : "All right, Madoff! Where did you get the idea of paying early investors with money from late investors?"
Madoff: "From the social security system."
